Racheal Streeter, (she/her), Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff, is a Native Second Generation Washingtonian, who grew up in the nation’s capital her entire life. Racheal has over 15 years of administrative experience — ranging from calendar management, system improvements, research and development, contracts, and large scale event planning. Prior to joining Caring Across, she was a longtime servant to the residents of the District of Columbia through her tenure in DC Government. She held various capacities that impacted residents through the child welfare system, crime prevention, and landlord engagement. As a seasoned expert in her field, she brings a level of community-centered impact to her administrative management approach.  Racheal is also a lifetime caregiver to her own family by providing support to generations before her, as well as her own children and other relatives. This gives her a personal attachment to her work as well as insight to the hurdles caregivers may face. In her spare time, she enjoys attending sporting events for all of the home teams (Nationals, Wizards, Mystics, Commanders), as well as spending time with loved ones, listening to 80’s-90’s R&B, and catching up on the latest documentary. She is passionate about social justice and reform, advocating for those who need a voice, and being a part of the change she would like to see for the world to be a better place. Fun fact, Racheal was also a longtime member of a local Double Dutch team in DC and was a cheerleader all the way through college.
